About GEMS: GEMS Implementation Timeline
End-to-End Project Timeline
The GEMS Project officially started in July 2008.
Between July 2008 and March 2009, the GEMS Project team will be building the foundation for the pilot launch of GEMS. In April 2009, we will see the Pilot implementation of 4 functional modules of GEMS into 5 PMO departments, namely, PSD, PSC, Audit, MSD and PMO Corporate Services including IPA. This phase is officially called Release 1 in the GEMS project.
By January 2010, the 5 PMO departments will receive the full functionalities of GEMS. For more information please click here.
